Thank you for using Invito Vendor (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Invito Vendor mobile application (the “App”) as a service provider (vendor) on the Invito platform.

By signing in to or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

Invito Vendor is designed for wedding and event service providers—including photography, videography, makeup, car rental, and related vendors—to manage their business on Invito. Through the App you may:

• Create and manage your business profile, catalog, and service packages
• Upload portfolio and showcase media (photos and videos)
• Set location, working days, and availability
• Receive and respond to customer booking requests
• Chat with customers regarding bookings
• Upload business verification documents
• Configure payout details and manage vendor subscriptions
• View analytics, ratings, and earnings related to your listings

2. Information We Collect

a. Account and business information

• Name, email address, and mobile phone number
• Business name, owner name, and service category
• Business address and location coordinates (when you use the map picker)
• WhatsApp or other contact preferences you provide
• Profile photo and business branding content

b. Catalog, booking, and communication data

• Service listings, pricing, packages, deliverables, and your catalog terms (e.g. cancellation, advance payment, location limits)
• Booking requests, booking status, and booking history
• Messages exchanged with customers through in-app chat
• Ratings and reviews associated with your vendor profile

c. Verification and payout information

• Business documents you upload (e.g. business license, PAN card, identity proof, GST certificate, certifications)
• Payout and linked-account details submitted for receiving payments (processed through our payment partner)
• Subscription and payment transaction metadata related to vendor plans

d. Media you upload

• Photos and videos for showcase albums, catalog items, and document uploads
• Thumbnails and cropped or trimmed media generated within the App

e. Device and usage information

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• App usage, performance, and diagnostic data (including crash reports)
• Push notification tokens and notification delivery metadata
• Anonymous analytics to improve the App and platform

3. How We Use Your Information

• Register and authenticate your vendor account
• Display your business, catalog, and availability to customers on Invito
• Facilitate bookings, payments, payouts, and subscriptions
• Enable chat and notifications about bookings and account activity
• Verify your business where required and comply with platform policies
• Provide analytics, support, and service improvements
• Send service-related and promotional communications (where permitted and with your consent where required)
• Detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information with:

• Customers on Invito — information you choose to publish (profile, catalog, showcase, ratings, and booking-related details necessary to complete a service)
• Service providers — such as cloud hosting, Firebase/Google services, analytics, maps, and payment processors (e.g. Razorpay) that help us operate the App
• Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

Payment and payout processing is handled by third-party payment providers under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies when you set up payouts or subscriptions.

5. Storage and Security

We use industry-standard measures including secure cloud infrastructure and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

6. App Permissions

The App may request access to:

• Location — to set and display your business address on a map
• Camera and photo library — to upload showcase media, catalog images, and verification documents
• Notifications — to alert you about bookings, messages, and account updates
• Storage — to save and process media on your device where supported

You can manage or revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without required permissions.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services that may collect information according to their own policies, including but not limited to:

• Firebase (authentication, database, storage, messaging, analytics, crash reporting)
• Google Maps and location services
• Razorpay (subscriptions, payouts, and linked accounts)

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your vendor account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update your personal and business information through the App or by contacting us
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Opt out of non-essential marketing communications

To request deletion of your vendor account and personal data, contact us at dheeraj@ds-tech.in. We will process verified requests in accordance with applicable laws. Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
